Randy and Laura really care about their student's progression and are very passionate about sharing their knowledge. If you are making a New Year's resolution this year to get in better shape, and want to learn self defense, I would highly recommend Ataraxis!

I was nervous to attend a seminar for lack of prior experience but highly recommend that you give them & their studio a chance. Wonderful people & wonderful place!
