WOW. I was on the fence because of the distance from DC, the temp drop, the financial commitment. Learned my lesson! This is not an experience you think twice about. It was an unbelievably uplifting, restorative, rejuvenating experience. The location was magic, the food was great, loved every session, made friends I’m still in touch with. You absolutely deserve this annual tune up. The only regret would be not going!

This was my third Rise weekend. Every time, I make new discoveries and go home smiling, refreshed, quieter and full of new energy. It is simply a wonderful experience - well conceived and expertly executed to every detail! Already looking forward to next year.

I arrived with my inner compass broken and feeling hollow but everywhere I looked, I was reminded “You are exactly where you are supposed to be” and that nurtured my soul in a way I didn’t know I needed. The love, light, and camaraderie of women will stay with me for a lifetime. I loved that the facilitators are one with attendees and I especially loved watching Tami and Rachel connect with each and every single human that attended the retreat!! They made a point to meet everyone and for me, I loved feeling welcomed like that and it made me feel like I mattered and I wasn't just an attendee.

You will cry together, share together, love together, and grow together because, TOGETHER WE RISE! Thank you for saving my life!

I had an absolutely amazing weekend. At Rise both as a facilitator and a participant. The weekend felt like it was a year long because it was so much fun. I got to meet and make friends with so many women of various backgrounds and interests. I learned so much from all the workshops and classes that I attended and at the same time feel that I provide so much value with my offerings. It's so much fun to be simultaneously a giver and a receiver. It was such a fun packed weekend. My heart is joyful and my cup is full.
