She took her time explaining everything and helped me make a great great selection. Thank you Ashley Stores for always having great furniture at an excellent price for me, my friend n my daughter! & thank you Samantha for excellent customer care!!
(October 18, 2018, 4:58 pm)Friendly non-pushy staff. Answered all my questions and even got me dimensions for all the furniture I was looking at. That helped me with my decision because it was going to fit in the area I wanted it for. Great experience will use them again for my future purchases
(August 26, 2018, 6:50 pm)I had a really great experience with Ashley in Willow Grove! Ben Lewis was amazing! Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. You didn't feel like you were dealing with a "sales person". I did my research first online before going to the store (which I highly recommend anyone doing - it makes communication between you and the sales person much more productive). Ben got familiar with my tastes/price range and showed me a sofa that he thought I would like. It wasn't on my original list, but he nailed it, it is perfect, and it's the one I ended up buying! Also, there was a few sofas I wanted to look at that were not on display at Willow Grove. He went out of his way to find another Ashley that had them. I went to that store, and I'll just say my experience there was definitely subpar. Go to Willow Grove and ask for Ben you won't be disappointed!
(August 13, 2018, 6:53 pm)I had the pleasure of working with Joe at the Willow Grove, PA location. His customer service skills were exceptional!! From the time he greeted me he was very professional. I was impressed that he knew specific details about each item I inquired about. He triple checked my order about 3 times to make sure he ordered it correctly, which I appreciated. I also called back a week later to change one of the items I ordered and he made the switch with no problem. I purchased a new home and didn’t open the accessories I purchased until recently. To my surprise there was an item missing. I called Joe and he was able to get the missing item to me right away! He has been one of the best customer service people I’ve worked with. I would highly recommend requesting him if you go into the store and I look forward to recommending him to others!!! Thanks Joe for making my move and experience great!!!

I went with Ashley Homestore because I loved the furniture. I went to the Willow Grove location because the store was very clean and there was a very positive atmosphere. All of the employees I encountered, from sales to billing to managers, really seemed like they enjoyed working at Ashley and they were friendly.
