“After doing considerable amount of research I select East Penn Dermatology for several surgical procedures I needed performed on my face and scalp. I was extremely selective due to location and size of the lesions. Needless to say I had an outstanding patient experience!! The practice’s PA Stephanie Slaski managed my care and she was nothing less than outstanding. Her bedside manner along with her surgical technique was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable, at ease and performed flawlessly in a very sensitive area. I could not have been happier with the results and even canceled a procedure my daughter had scheduled with another Dermatologist in favor of Stephanie. I can't say enough in regards to the quality of care I received. I highly recommend to say the least...”

“Convenient location at the LMG building, to get your blood work done right away after visiting with your doctor, especially if they are located right inside this same building. Otherwise, there is another LabCorp testing center located about 2 miles away, up at the other end of Broad Street in Lansdale (on North Broad Street near the Hatfield town line). There is also a Quest Diagnostics about half way in between the two LabCorps, located at South Broad Street and Whites Road.”

“We have been bringing Kayla, our havapoo puppy, to this practice since the week we adopted her. We were lucky to have met Dr Isolde Baylor. Not only has she been knowledgeable and patient with all our many questions but our puppy loves going there. Dr Baylor clearly loves animals besides being extremely competent, thorough and patient and we never feel rushed at the visits. She’s a great vet who always helps us to feel comfortable with every aspect of living with our new little family member. We have not met any of the other doctors in the practice but we trust if they are working with Dr Baylor they must be equally competent. This office is farther from our home than we realized but each time we go we are more certain that we choose the right practice. I would not hesitate to recommend them and feel grateful that we found Dr Baylor to take care of our little Kayla.”

“Changed rating to 4 stars as Rhoads made the situation (described below) right. Hoping the trees planted these year make it through the winter. Will keep you posted. I left off one star since there intial response to my issue, in my estimation, was not acceptable. BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT PURCHASE LARGE EXPENSIVE TREES OR PLANTS FROM RHOADS. (unless you have $$ to throw away) We purchased, and had Rhoads plant, 2 crepe myrtles in September 2017. They are dead this year - 2018. I called and was told that they lost all theirs also since it was a bad winter for crepe myrtles. I was also told that is why you don't plant crepe myrtles in this area; a small fact that was not communicated to me when we purchased the trees. They have no problem taking your money and not telling you the information you need to know to make the right decision. No guarantee on any plants so I am out $700. I do not mind paying the price but if the business does not have the knowledge to help customers and employees are rude then it is not worth it. I will do all my future plant purchases elsewhere!”
