Alden Washington has been in the martial arts for 50+ years and has trained countless people to box, kickboxing and defend themselves. I have not only been in the ring competing with him as my coach and cornerman but I have also worked along side him in the corner. He knows what he is doing. If you are looking to learn how to fight this is the place!

(December 30, 2015, 7:31 pm)I go to this gym. I've been going here since April and not only is the coach a great coach but he's a great person. It's a sweat gym where you work hard. There is a boxing arena upstairs and regular fighting. I learned how to box in about 3 months. I'm very happy to still be a member here and highly recommend joining if you are serious about learning how to box.
