  Dropped in while visiting the area, and it was a good experience. Sent a message the night before, and received a reply & a link to register promptly. Smaller class, which I liked, and the coach paid attention to each of us. Excellent experience! Thank you!

  I travel for work and make it a point to drop into a crossfit gym whenever I can and collect t-shirts along the way. I emailed CVF late the night before to see if I could drop in last minute and they were more than accommodating! Obviously it was the morning so everyone was still trying to wake up but as soon as we warmed up everyone introduced themselves and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking to drop in for a workout!
