Laura does such a wonderful job setting the scene for the experience and allowing everyone to achieve what they need from the time. Time to reflect at the end is very helpful for incorporating the benefits into one's daily life and practice. A sound bath looking at the trees outside is particularly special!

She really listened to my concerns and focused in on the chakras we discussed. The bowls and her mantras were so relaxing- I cannot wait for my next session!
