Karim who works for MSI is the best I have ever dealt with. He handles all problems in a professional manner. He is also capable of handling all customer service issues that come his way. He is excellent in solving problems and excellent in dealing with clients/ customers. He is an exceptional person that actually cares about people’s problems! I can’t say enough good things about him truly one of a kind.
