Thorough and amazing service! They run like a well oiled machine where you are not left waiting forever for your appointment and leave with all of your questions answered!
The staff here is wonderful! Very professional, polite, and welcoming. This is my first time using this center, as all of my kids have been born in different hospitals. The recommendations from the doctor concerning my cervix shortening at 23 weeks I’m not so sure I’m comfortable with, only because I have had other ways of making sure I don’t have another early baby, and it’s not what he’s ordering this time, so I’m nervous, but I have to trust he knows what he’s talking about. Melissa, shes an ultrasound tech, is the best! Her and I had so much fun during my ultrasound joking around about the kids I already have and my sarcastic sense of humor about all of them. She made the visit that much better! Overall, I’m happy with this center! I definitely would recommend any other moms to be to go here for care!
Excellent service for all visits. Doctors , Technicians, Reception staff are all very accommodating and considerate. They take time to explain everything and it’s always been good experience. I go to this center even if it’s a 40 min drive from my home as I trust them and I m in safe hands!
Highly recommend Oaks Perinatal testing center. I am a patient at another facility but I book my ultrasounds specifically through this facility because I was referred by a friend and heard such amazing things. My experience with my current OB practice is less than ideal. Front staff is not professional so to come to a place and experience professionalism and competantcy, it was huge. I love everything about this place. We had an amazing ultrasound tech, I believe her name was Alpa. She was very thorough, explained everything. We loved her. Front desk staff was also very sweet. we're first time expecting parents and they allowed my hubby to be there and to be a support person ... My hubby was so happy to have been able to see the ultrasound in person and I thank Oaks Perinatal for making this possible during COVID times to experience this together.
