  I visited them for an injury. The wait was a little long, but manageable. I ended up needing X-rays which they were able to do on-site. Results were quick and they were able to give me the supplies I needed to start recovery.

  They are great with children! Very patient & know how to gain their trust to get treated. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

  The staff at the Oaks Tower Urgent Care were amazing! From the receptionist to the nurses who patched me up, each was pleasant and professional to deal with.

  I was experiencing symptoms of a UTI on a Saturday when my primary care provider was unavailable for a non-emergency request. I went to Tower Health Urgent Care and was seen quickly. The interviewing nurse was very thorough and the nurse practitioner asked all the pertinent questions she needed to know, transmitted my prescription, ensured that I understood everything, and sent me on my way when I was ready. Someone called to folliw up the next day. I was very impressed and pleased.

  I was seen within 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and professional. I had used this urgent care before and that’s why I went there again. I was happy with the treatment plan and everything was explained well.
