“One of our neighborhood favorites!! Outdoor dining on the deck is nice, however smoking is permitted on the deck. If smoke is a concern to you, choose indoor seating. We went early, but more diners were seated on the deck after us who enjoyed their smokes with drinks and friends. We stayed and finished our meal waiting for the breeze to change direction. Had it occurred to us before we were seated, we would have stayed indoors. I have health issues aggravated by smoke, and just didn't think about the possibility before hand. "Too soon old, too late smart" on our part. There are two sides to every coin, I am happy the smoking diners had a place to enjoy their evening too. If the restaurant expands their outdoor dining in the future, maybe they can build seating on the other side of the building that could be a smoke-free zone. That way even more diners can enjoy al fresco dining. Everyone should enjoy Fitzwater Station! Be kind, it comes back ten-fold. Cheers!”

“SUMMARY: In the practice itself, everyone (front desk staff and practitioners) are genuinely happy and extremely helpful. Everything is modern and clean. Everything seems to operate very efficiently. The practice is very friendly, people have positive attitudes, and the general atmosphere is low-key and comfortable; nobody really wants to go to the dentist, but for any dental practice I've been to, I've never had such a positive experience. Everything about my visit was simply a 'job well done'. ***The office staff at the front desk are compassionate, helpful, efficient, and are readily able to answer questions you may have about scheduling, billing, and insurance. ***The practitioners and dentist are compassionate, genuinely happy, caring, efficient, supportive, and well-informed. Readily able to answer questions and concerns. Readily able to make you feel at ease. ***The hours of operation are extremely convenient; they even have Saturday hours twice a month. ***The location is extremely easy to find. ***The waiting area is very large. The entire practice is modern, clean, and relaxing. I have quite a few dental issue, and went to this appointment to get some work done; I could not have had a more positive experience. After my first visit, I've decided to make this my new practice.”
