Karen is an excellent massage therapist with skills to relieve pain and promote relaxation. She has helped many people with their individual health care needs.
I have been going to Karen Wrigley from New Jersey for many years. She knows where my tension accumulates and how to fix it. Last year, I had pulled muscle in my back that lingered for 10 days. When I got up from Karen's massage table, the pain was gone. She makes it a calming experience by playing music and muting distractions. I couldn't find anyone like that near me.
Karen gives a gentle massage but will work out any knots in your muscles if you ask her to do this. She is very sensitive regarding your preferences. The whole experience with music if desired is very calming. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist.
Karen is professional and kind. She asked me what I needed worked on and focused on my problem areas. She has a gentle but firm touch so if you're looking for a relaxing massage this is a good place to go!
Karen is, without exaggeration, the best massage therapist I've ever known. Imagine the best yoga class ever followed by the best savasana ever and then relax about 10 times that much and you are closer to how you'll feel after an hour, or better, an hour and a half customized massage with this skilled and experienced massage therapist.
