(December 30, 2018, 11:10 am)I needed to replace a snapped bolt on my saddle. The staff was very helpful, and after determining they didn't have what I needed in their extensive drawers of new parts, they spent about 5 minutes rummaging through a bin of random components until we found something that would work. I was back on the road that afternoon. What a great bike shop.
(November 8, 2018, 8:02 pm)I stopped in looking for indoor cycling shoes , I was greeted and helped right away. I am not familiar with the types of peddles my gym uses , immediately he offered to call my gym to ask them which would be compatible. He installed the clips on my shoes and explained how to adjust them. That’s exceptional customer service !

I live on my bike, and from day one I was welcomed in the shop.
I tear up my bikes, and no repair was ever too big or too small for these bike mechanics to fix, PROMPTLY, and get me back on the road.
I had relied on second hand bikes, but then bought my first bike in years from this establishment. They know their stuff. They ARE bikers, and treat me like part of their biking family.
They keep me knowledgeable on biking maintenance to make sure that I get what I need, and have made adjustments on my bikes, to help me get the most comfortable rides while I am out there.
I could write a book on all the times they have saved me over the years, but I won't do that to you.
I will leave you with this . . .I call them my "bike angels."
I truly could not do what I do, without this crew backing me up, supporting me, and helping me to get the best for my money.
There are many reasons to leave this town, but I don't think I could find this kind of service anywhere else.
My bike angels, my family, I am so lucky to have them always here for me.
