“Pennsylvania Turnpike was great. If all roads in the US were this good we would drive cross country more often. We don't mind paying for a good road. The travel plazas were well maintained and offered a variety of food and merchandise for sale. We exited the turnpike by mistake without paying, due to a Google maps miscalculation and we got a bill in the mail from Violations Processing Center for $72.55. Turns out we were to pay $47.55 for tolls and $25.00 administration fee for the violation. We expected a bill but the violation was a surprise. So we called the number provided to address this. Customer service was efficient and professional.We explained what happened and soon everything was resolved after verification of the GPS misinformation. We were just required to pay the actual toll charge. How refreshing to be treated like an individual and not just a # in the cloud. I would suggest some extra signs alerting drivers and directing them to the right exit. BRAVO!! Keep up the good work.”
