Nice hose-down before entering tunnel; they pay particular attention to wheels and tires. Hand-drying is great - no streaks or splatters; they use different towels for windows and body. The membership packages are the way to go - affordable and you can go every day if so inclined. This will be especially beneficial when the snow is flying and the brine and salt/sand are on the roads - great undercarriage cleaning.
