First, she went out of her way to help me with transportation from my medical procedure to my home when it was out of the typical range of Brightstar's service. Then she helped me home and cared for me until I was able to function on my own. Brightstar went above and beyond to help me when I had no one else to help me. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

They cared for my dad at the end of his life and the quality of caregivers along with the professionalism and compassion of the owners made a hard situation so much easier. I have used other home care agencies but nothing compares to this company. Their aides were always on time, professional and most of all kind and loving. Thank you John and Melissa for making a difficult time a bit easier.
(October 8, 2019, 10:58 am)When I needed personal care assistance for my mother BrightStar stepped right up. They quickly, thoroughly and professionally responded to our needs. My mother was well cared for, having the same nursing assistant every weekend provided consistency in her treatment. We cannot thank my mother’s aide, Angela enough, for the her proficient, caring work and kindness.

(June 4, 2019, 7:29 pm)The staff who tended to my Mother in her last days were very kind and competent. There were a few staffing hiccups along the way, but John and his wife worked very hard and quickly to resolve the issues.
I would recommend this particular Bright Star without hesitation
