Always great Rob is friendly and couteous
A friend located nearby recommended Scintilla Auto because she had received excellent concern and care of her automobile on several occasions. I'm glad I went to Scintilla Auto, not only because I've always enjoyed excellent results; also because I am charged much less than my previous auto repair shop. On several occasions I have asked if I need to replace a specific part. The first time I asked, I was astonished by Rob Scintilla's reply: "No." Rob only recommends a replacement or service when it is necessary for safety or preventing a devastating breakdown.
That's quite a tale the negative review tells. It's not the Rob Scintilla I know. Before you decide not to go to Scintilla based one bad review, I suggest you contact Rob Scintilla for his side of the story.
