Safe House Ministry is a Biblical Counseling ministry. It was established in 2011 by Dale and Elsa Martin. This name was founded by the individuals that came to their home for counseling. They felt their personal stories has a safe place there. As they reached out to more hurting people, God opened doors for Safe House Ministry to expand.
