Since 2007 , I've known the management, and I've worked with them on several levels for this community and others. Over that time I've seen their care and compassion for residents and their loyalty to staff.

My experience was with Alexandria Manor in Bethlehem. I cannot say enough good things to describe the staff who work there. They cared for my grandmother like she was family. There are a lot of worries that arise when entrusting your loved one to the care of others. The staff at Alexandria gave my family personalized care from the folks who cleaned the rooms, to the food staff, direct care workers, all the way up to management. The staff treated her with kindness and took the time to know her so well that they could recognize the smallest changes. Their kindness, skill, and communication added much time to her life and gave me more days to share her company. I am forever grateful.
