I've owned my MacBook Air for 5 years and ran into my first problem due to a malfunction from an update, stopped by and was immediately attended to with the addition to being told to drop it off and it'll be ready in a hour or so! They even cleaned my laptop and fixed an issue with the floppy screen which wasn't even mentioned. I'm very pleased with the service received and will come here for any future problems.
