(December 12, 2018, 1:56 pm)My girlfriend started going here first and absolutely fell in love with the gym, trainers and the general culture. Everyone is extremely friendly and there is a good balance in terms of lifting workouts and high intensity workouts. The facility itself is very spacious (inclusive of an area to do sprints) and plenty of equipment to accommodate larger classes. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a regimented workout plan with a group of very friendly fitness enthusiast.
