“I switched from Nationwide to work with Tony at State Farm because he is an honest person and truly works for the customer. He won't try to sell you something you don't need. We hit a deer during the holidays last year and he was the first person to call us to see how we were doing. He's great at following up and not at all pushy. Tony later suggested we should consider changing our policy slightly since we live in an area where deer are everywhere is likely to happen close to home. He really is great at what he does. Dr. Tan was very knowledgeable and presented all my options and was up front about costs. The only thing I didn't like was that they took my dog in the back for an exam and blood work.
