“They took my dog as a new patient for an emergency the same day. I could not reach our regular vet and had issues getting in at other places as a new client. Dr. Tan was very knowledgeable and presented all my options and was up front about costs. The only thing I didn't like was that they took my dog in the back for an exam and blood work. I understand why they do it but would have liked to be given the option to be present.”
