(September 7, 2018, 11:54 am)Not only is Chef Alan one of the nicest people I've ever met, his creations are beautiful. I have to convince myself that they are ok to eat because they all look like art!. Doesn't take too much convincing, the truffles are delicious! The only negative is trying to pick from so many amazing flavors and that I live in upstate NY.
