I had been inundated with mail solicitations suggesting healthcare plans and had no idea how to proceed. In one easy meeting Joy discussed with me my personal medical situation and needs and helped me to choose those plans which would serve me best. Joy was friendly, professional and willing to take as much time as was needed to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
