(September 22, 2018, 1:18 pm)My family has owned many Duckloe arm chairs for as long as 39 years: each is wonderfully sturdy and as beautiful as the day they were constructed. In 1980 we spoke with the late Frederick Duckloe, in his then small shop, where he spoke with great pride of his attempts to recreate the classic American armchair of the 18th Century. He succeeded magnificently!!
