(July 18, 2018, 11:58 pm)Called Ameriserve mid-morning and they had a plumber in place to resolve the problem in less than 4 hours. Kudos to Scott for explaining everything that he was doing along with why it was being done and to Rachel for her empathy to get the problem fixed that day.
(March 21, 2018, 2:12 pm)I always receive great service from Scott. Reliable, dependable service. They are very accommodating to your schedule. Quick diagnosis and resolution to the problem. They mostly carry parts on the truck so it prevents them from having to order parts and come back to fix it. I'll admit the prices are steep but you always get quality service. My only pet peeve is that shoe covers are meant to be taken off when you go back and forth to your truck, otherwise you are still tracking outside elements onto the customers carpeted floors.
I have to give a thumbs up to Rachel for her great customer service skills. She is very pleasant and courteous and provides accurate information regarding arrival times of the expected technician.
