Staff is pleasant & makes sure your comfortable, clean facility.. nurse anesthetist could be a little more happier & smile , but that is my only downfall
I had one procedure done at Grant Surgicenter and have two more scheduled; I'm really satisfied with the Staff, Check-In time is quick, the doctors and nurses are all really nice, friendly, helpful, & calming. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the facility is clean. The only downside is parking, the layout is a bit weird and it could be difficult to find available spots there.
while the prep before my procedure was awful the procedure took like 20 minutes and nurse terri and dr grossman were great
Today I had a procedure done at Grant Surgicenter and I had an overall good experience. Dr. Bierhoff is great, and did a good job with my procedure. He's a very capable doctor. But the real star of this show was the nurse Maureen Gainey. She is an absolute angel. She was so genuine and kind and compassionate and professional and pleasant (I could go on and on...) She made me feel very comfortable when I was nervous and unsure. She even stayed by my side during the procedure. She's the best nurse I've ever come across. I just want her to be recognized for the beautiful human being that she is. Maureen, thank you for everything!! You are appreciated and you are fantastic at what you do!!
