(September 13, 2019, 2:52 pm)This nail salon is a hidden gem here in Philadelphia. The techs are great , especially on the dipping powder. They do take walks in and do your nails exactly how you want it. I am very satisfied leaving here yesterday with my new full set dipping powder. My nails look gorgeous.
