  Initial phone call returned promptly and someone came to the house the next day to review and provide estimate. The technician who provided the estimate was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was also on time. Two weeks later service was provided in the timeframe communicated. A different person, polite and efficient.

  We are coming up on our one year anniversary as being opened as a property and we have used Western for the duration. We will continue to use them and We love Gus Liscuk.

  We're relatively new customers with Western, however our tech, Gus....has been exceptional and worthy of high praise. He checks in upon arrival and we appreciate the immediate reports via email. So far, so good, we're very happy with the service so far.

  I have had a quarterly service with Western for many years. Mark is an excellent technician! He is prompt, pleasant and so knowledgeable about what he does. He always shares a lot of good information whenever I ask him a question. And if I ever have a particular concern about something that happens, he always comes and takes care of it (bees in particular in the summer).
  And Tina does the scheduling and she is awesome too! She is so pleasant and always returns calls and accommodates any changes I might need to make in my schedule. And always is quick to schedule Mark for those unanticipated events like the bees.
  I am very pleased with my service from Western. Thank you Mark and Tina!
