“I arrived about 12 hrs ahead of my appt. I called and the guy I talked to went above in trying to get me unloaded that night. It wasn't possible, but they checked me in for first thing in the AM. Problem is he wrote on the BOL my appt was for the next night. I called them in the AM and he said he'd have to wait about an hour for his boss to see what to do. I got called back 20 minutes later telling me to back in. An hour or so later (>2) I was empty, counted, and gone. The only issue is that one little misunderstanding, but it was resolved so quickly I can't take off for it. Friendly, fast and professional. I wish all produce houses were like that”
