I’ve been a patient at this office of Dr. Lobianco’s for years and the front office women have alway been amazing. The office is busy and they are always working hard but today I had a real problem with a script (medical insurance not them) and Teressa in the office was absolutely amazing she not only called me back with updates but stayed on a call with my perception plan provider through several transfers and even checked with the Pharmacy to make sure the script was correct and able to fill. This may not seem like a lot but if you could of herd her compassion, patients , professionalism and throughness in this call you would be blown away. I just what to say thanks, and a Doctor’s office is not just the Doctors which are excellent but the people who truly give patients the care and help they are the back bone. The ones behind the sceans, in this case Teressa and all the wonderful lady’s helping her while she was helping me.
Thank you all for not just a job well done but going way above and way beyond.
Scincierly, Ben Pontarelli
recently updated waiting room, doctors and nurses are very nice, same with the ladies working at the desks. great place
Just moved to Philadelphia from New York City (New Doctors, Vet for the pets) and a whole bunch of new things. Time is always not on my side due to the fact that I travel most if the time and teach out of state. Dr. Tumasz's office went out of their way to fit me into there schedule with little notice (24 hrs). Went to the Dr's. office, staff was polite/friendly, explained pharmacy's in the area, hospitals even the parking situation and would recommend highly to anyone. The appointment went smooth and the transition to a new doctors was made easy.
