Shipping took a while because it was a closeout sale and there was a week of severe weather that put their shipping further behind. I was afraid it was a scam from the other reviews, but I got all of the jewelry I ordered today, about 7 weeks after I ordered it. Giving 5 stars even though it took a while because the jewelry is exactly as described/pictured and I am satisfied with my purchase.
Received first order with no issues. Love my Just Breathe bracelet! Sad they are going out of business but was so thankful I could make a few last purchases as they closed. The customer service has been nothing but helpful and responsive as they end their business and work hard to get the last orders out. I’ve had three separate emails about my order status! Now that’s customer service! Can’t wait to get my goodies!
Quality was as expected. 2 of the 3 orders have arrived and the one outstanding is still within the time frame they said. I got confirmation and notified when they had shipped.
