As a female I can say they are respectful and won't try to make up extra things to fix to get more $$ like most shops have done. Work done was always excellent. Always a fair price and if they couldn't help me they knew someone just as reputable that would. I'd recommend them to do repairs, inspections and even specialty work on foreign cars. They are THE BEST!
