(March 29, 2019, 10:17 pm)Everyone who knows Pho in Philly knows either, Pho Saigon or Pho Ha, are the places to go. Good broth without Hoisin, good value, and fast service. On top of that, server knew to bring extra bowls and scissors for my little ones ...five stars, easy!

(March 11, 2019, 8:17 pm)Really good Pho spot. Fresh and delicious food, quick service, and friendly staff. Perfect spot for a lunch or dinner. The space is a bit cold (decor and temp) but the prices are right. Wish it was in a different shopping center as parking can be stressful.

(February 26, 2019, 3:42 pm)This is it. The rainy day pho place to go. Its good, portions are great, price is good and it comes out fast. No complaints, have been 100 times and ive never been disappointed. Okay maybe more like 12 but same thing.

Pho Saigon is my new pho haunt. But I need a car to get there, so anyone who reads this please invite me. I dont really need a car but its harder to get to then all the other ones near Washington. What I love about this place is that it reminds me of California. Because all the good food in California are in strip malls, it's a given.
