“The Ivy Ridge staff made my son and I feel very comfortable upon entering the store, with a warm welcome and asked how they can help us. My son explained his screen got destroyed when he dropped the phone on the outside pavement and it was inoperable. The store rep, Samuel, immediately started troubleshooting the problem. I was interested in upgrading my phone, so Samuel and his co-worker, Chantal, worked with both of us. They are both very knowledgeable and kind. We had great conversations with them. After several attempts, they were unable to unlock my son’s phone. The one rep finished up with me and the other triaged my son’s phone . Sam gave my son the choice to leave the phone with them and they would send it to their repair facility (would take several days for the repair) or go to the Apple store, where they most likely will replace the screen. Although we were at the Sprint store for almost 2 hours, it was well worth the visit and the expert consult. We went to the Apple store and got the screen repaired. I can’t say enough of the wonderful experience we had with the two of your very hard working, intelligent and extremely helpful associates. Big shout out to Samuel and Chantal!! ????????????????”

He is honest and won't waste your time or money. You will get what you pay for, work will be done right.
