(December 19, 2018, 11:01 am)This is my go to stop for food at PHL airport when I don't have a lot of time. It's conveniently located in the atrium.
This time, there was almost no line to order which was nice. There was a bit of a line waiting for food, so I probably waited 5-10 minutes to get my food.
No complaints about the food. They made my chicken deluxe sandwich correctly with no pickles. I do think the menu should say that it comes with pickles so that people aren't surprised. The fries were good an expected as well.
They were generous with the Chick-fil-a sauce which was nice. I do wish they would ask if you want any sauce because I almost forgot about it.
All in all, it's what you would expect from a Chick-fil-a.

(October 17, 2018, 3:47 pm)Food and service were exactly what you'd expect from CfA, which is to say very good. I took off a star for an error in my order, but I feel confident they'd have taken care of it had I gone back; I simply didn't have time. I'd hope they'd remember the importance of double checking orders because it's an airport location and many people will be grabbing on the run.
