Excellent, super-friendly service beforre, during and after our flight. One piece of our checked luggage didn't arrive with our flight. But, customer service got it delivered to our hotel that night.

The people were very friendly. I'm handicapped and needed the bulkhead seat that was open and they wouldn't give it to me. I have a great deal of trouble sitting for extended periods and I'm not allowed to sit in an exit row. Other than that, things were good. We're taking off soon, so I'll see how the flight goes.
