  I rented a unit today with Safeguard and it was a really good experience. It was the first time I had to use one, so I had a lot of questions about the whole thing. I went to the actual site to see the place first and how it operates. I was greeted by Mark, he was fantastic and answered every question. He never rushed things and we had several laughs. He was really honest about everything. He showed us the loading bay, the security doors, how to open the unit, etc.
  
  The place is really well maintained -inside the unit, in the building and even outside- so that was good. I read a lot of things about storage units in general and problems with cockroaches, rats, and similar, but this place was really clean. Also, the AC was working fine. In terms of price, it is a bit more expensive than other places, but I think it is worth it. I can't say every location is the same, but from my research, they all look alike. My advise is to go and check if you are interested in a place.
  
  I would have liked if they have security on site all the time, but after checking other companies, it doesn't look like that's something anyone does. They do have alarms in every unit, cameras, and use keyfobs to enter the loading area and then again to access the units. They have several insurance packages too if you want to protect your things against disasters and theft. They have a lot of units, but just a few available. I think that's a good sign.
  
  All in all, I'm happy with everything.

  I love This place omg Mark the Manager is so loving and friendly ! Always willing to stop what he’s doing to help me no matter what! I will Always refer family and friends I LOVE SAFE GUARD ! You guys rock

  Excellent friendly customer service! Everything was explained in detail to your understanding. Very clean and secured facility.

  This is my first time obtaining storage space. I instantly felt comfortable with the staff as they answered all of my questions and provided so much information that there is no need for me to compare their service or offerings to any other storage company. I know my storage will not only be safe, but cared for with the many packing options and boxes they sell. The staff had good ideas with packing and stacking too. The hours of access is more then convenient. Come bad weather days- my items will not be affected. I’m glad I committed with Safeguard. I’m a happy customer!
