In addition, I must say from a professional level he has earned his title as an elite trainer throughout the fitness community. I would recommend my brother to anyone who is looking to get in the best shape of his or her life. Ahmad’s slogan is “We do fitness the old fashion way - Hard Work & Dedication”.
(February 1, 2015, 8:41 pm)You truly receive a workout that is fun yet challenging. I have never been pushed to my limits physically until I worked with Ahmad at Excel Mobile Fitness! My confidence has increased, I can do push ups (which I could never do in the past). I anticipate each session and I love the way my body is changing. I'm stronger, healthier and excited about my results!
(January 26, 2015, 12:19 pm)I have been training with Ahmad (Excel Mobile Fitness) for about 7 months. I am not new to weight training/fitness training; I've been doing it for 12-14 years. Ahmad is the best trainer I've ever had. He is conscientious about not only maintaining the stamina needed, but more importantly, the proper form for each exercise. Every session is different so that my body doesn't get used to the same old same old! I highly recommend Ahmad and Excel Mobile Fitness.
