I love living here. People are very nice. Great location. Wellness center is has everything Private living. No body bothers you. Security awesome. Great place!!p

Park plaza condo is the best kept secret in Philadelphia. I love living here!
Due to aging residency condo are going for sales a super low price
Is it perfect, no but the benefits outweighs the complaints. The building has two pools, indoor and outdoor, tennis court, two fitness rooms.
