Also, the manager at this Best Buy was also a great help. Great costumer service. Overall, Rich is extremely knowledgeable and honest about what he knows and not know. November 2018: My husband had difficulties installing a Microsoft Suite on his new laptop. We walked in with his laptop and the software code back to Best Buy.
