The worst part is trying to call in for sure - they need a better phone system because it is hard to get through. However I do find when I get through finally, the staff does work hard to try and get me in as soon as they can. It is true the wait time is long in the waiting room, but thats because they actually take their time with their patients and actually care when you are worried about something. Hands down the best PCP I've ever had and the one star missing is due to the phone system.”

“The best thing about the U-Haul Center in Snellville GA is associate Freddie S. I’ve been picking up moving supplies past week! Some orders I made online some items I bought in the store. Firstly, I drove 29 miles to that particular U-haul center because the U-haul independent locations in Roswell and Dunwoody weren’t up to par. I knew of the U-haul Center in Snellville so I went there. Secondly, I had several purchases and 2 returns for which I couldn’t find my receipts. Freddie was so patient with me on both occasions when I had returns and questions about previous online orders. I was tired and frustrated with moving and his compassion and professionalism made a frustrating situation so much better. Also, this U-haul Center has everything in stock for my moving needs. I recommend the U-Haul Center at Hewatt Rd and Stone Mountain Highway.”
