“I have to preface this with saying I have a thrift store obsession, so I’m always in the thrift stores. Anyway I visit this particular location at Franklin mills all the time. Their prices have varied over the years, they have gotten a little crazy and sometimes have priced things a little too high, especially when I can just go online and buy it cheaper somewhere. With that being said, you can always find some great buys in there, you just have to really look around cause it’s so huge. Anyway, being I go there a lot I get to experience the employees. There are a lot of great ones, but two particular guys that work there are simply the best ever. Enough so that I felt the need to write this review, Cristian and Juan. They are so helpful, so pleasant, and just all around awesome. It’s one thing to go into a store and talk to a floor person, it’s another to end up having a really good time talking to them. I actually enjoy my conversations so much- just as much as I love shopping :) I could talk to them for hours. There’s just nothing else to say, they are simply the best. Second ave- you should take the time to recognize your employees and the excellent customer service they provide. You are lucky to have these two work for your company.”

“Went here for a lunch/dinner on New Years. It was delicious! Even though it’s a long wait, it’s worth it. The place is huge and it has a great ambience. It also has good service and is clean. This place also has a sauce bar where you can mix together sauces and toppings. They also have a small dessert bar with stuff like jello and fruit. The problems I had with this place was that the most time you are allowed to stay is only two hours. Also, even though it’s all you can eat, you still have to pay extra for drinks besides the water that you get in the beginning.”
