“I am a new patient to Ritner medical to set up my first visit I called didn’t get a live person, but left a message and received a call back with the day . Unfortunately the doctor was book for the week so I was squeezed in with the NP - she was great extremely helpful, sweet, and very caring. Like others I did get a check up new patient bill (understandable) Also I was charged for depression and alcohol questions once I spoke to the billing company I was informed the screenings are always “written off”. As of today I had two visits from the check in with Jen to check out with Angel my experience at Ritner medical what exactly what I searched for in a PCP.”
