“I like Chop's Cobbs Creek Primary Care due to its convenient location, and the friendliness and professionalism of most of the staff I have encountered. One of the things I hope for is better phone etiquette from some staff. I understand it is quite busy;however, there is a courtesy needed to help patients set appointments even if the individual has the MyChop app. There are times it may not be easy to set an appointment and one may need help like I did. I have felt rushed and did not feel like I was helped well.”
