The Boat Shop

Rented a boat from them and it was one of the cleaner nicer boats I’ve rented in many years of boat rentals from different lake spots. Our boat ran out of fuel on the way back to the shop leaving us stranded but one call and Cody came out to get us immediately and was very professional. Would rent again.

Drove 4 hours to get here and would make the drive again. Excellent customer service and they really know their stuff out in the shop. Took the time to explain to me what they did and gave me some tips on how to keep my motor in good shape!

I made a mistake and bought my new Wakesetter from a different dealer. We of course had issues and were extremely disappointed with our purchase. Malibu recommended we contact Roy at the boat shop. Roy accommodated us and worked around my schedule to get our boat in for service. Thanks to Roy Sr and their very knowledgeable service person, whose name I already forget, our engine issues are resolved and we are back on the water. While we were picking it up, they filled us on all kinds of instructions and maintenance tips for our new boat that the previous dealer didn't know. All the previous dealer cared about was how the stereo worked. I'm so glad I went to The Boat Shop for service. My next Malibu will be purchased from them without a doubt. They treat you like they should. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The service was great and the prices were fair. We had a great time on the lake. We will be back for sure.

Rented a pontoon boat from the Boat Shop a couple of weeks ago. The experience really couldn't have been any better. The front office staff helped me quickly complete the paperwork and get me going on my tutorial video. After that, the young men at the dock did a wonderful job explaining the workings of the boat and the layout of Lake Wallenpaupack. The boat itself was new, clean, and plenty powerful. We had a great day on the lake and in the blink of an eye, 5 hours had flown by.
