“Late this morning I smelled what can only be described as car exhaust in my house. My furnace room was filled with smoke. I shut off the emergency switch to the furnace and called 30 different heating and air-conditioning companies. The ones who answered couldn’t come out, or would not come out because I wasn’t a current customer! (how do they expect to get new customers) I had no heat & the house stank. Phoenix came to the rescue! On his day off Matt not only fixed the furnace but talked me through everything he had done. He is a very professional, polite and honest young man.
