“This is part of a CCC museum in Promise Land State Park. What a great place. The museum is manned by volunteers who are very helpful. It is more than a CCC museum. There is also a nature center with lots of things to look at, touch and learn. The kids will love to open the draws and touch the turtle shells, pelts, an see the bugs that are out in the forest. It is the best State Park that we visited. It has camping, boating (electric motors only) hiking and fishing (summer and ice in the winter and snowmobiling. It is worth the trip. Note The museum is open only in the summer July 4th to Labor Day.”

They have a lot of refrigerated and frozen foods which is great, because they serve many people who are receiving food subsidies. I was so excited that I bought a lot of my holiday presents there. They have clothing, housewares, dry goods. Its bright and clean, and the staff is very helpful. They helped me download the Dollar General app to take advantage of weekly sale coupons.”
