(January 14, 2021, 1:04 pm)The staff was so accommodating for me. I didnt know they wasnt expecting walk ins. I lost my mom due to a senseless murder and wasnt thinking right and needed to get a storage for her things. And they still helped me. Im very appreciative for this staff.
(November 5, 2020, 12:04 pm)I have nothing but great experiences when dealing with Storage Sense in Irving. Everyone in person and on the phone has been responsive and helpful in every way. The facility is clean and comfortable and carts are available to help you move your belongings. They really take care of you.
